We visit the site before putting numbers on paper, rather than deciding from drawings and photos alone. The site survey and the quotation are free.
Power work included
Installation where there is no power supply is covered. You do not need to arrange a separate electrical contractor.

Adjusting an angle, changing recording settings, adding a camera later. The records stay with the company, so whoever picks up your enquiry knows the site.

What the cost depends on
What you want to see, and how closely
Recording who comes through the door is one thing; being able to check the till area is another. The purpose sets the field of view, and the field of view sets the number of cameras.
Indoors or outdoors
Outdoor positions need weatherproof equipment and cabling that stands up to rain and wind, so the cost differs from an indoor-only layout with the same number of cameras.
Cable routes and the building
Whether cables can run above the ceiling, whether they will be surface mounted, whether they cross floors. Reinforced concrete, steel frame and timber all call for different methods. This is what moves the price most.
Recording and how long you keep it
The number of days you keep decides the recorder capacity. We check the network as well, so you can view the cameras from a phone or a PC.
The quotation comes after we have seen the site
If a rough figure can be given on the spot, we give it there and then. If it needs working out, we send the quotation afterwards. The site survey and the quotation are both free, and there is nothing to sign at that stage.

We go through what you sent and come back to you if anything needs asking. Nothing is charged up to this point.
Site survey and quotation
We visit, check cable routes and power, and then issue the formal quotation. Both are free.
Installation and handover
Qualified staff carry out the work, and we walk you through checking recordings and viewing on a phone before handover.

Yes. As long as you know what you want to see, we can put forward the number of cameras and the positions.
Is there a charge for the site survey or the quotation?
No. Both are free, and you are free to decline once you have seen the quotation.
How is this different from a consumer camera from an electronics store?
Equipment for business use is built for continuous operation, weatherproofing outdoors, and recording several cameras over a long period. As an i-PRO certified partner we mostly work with business-grade products, and we can keep the specification in proportion to what you actually need.
Can you replace existing cameras or add to them?
Yes. Where existing cabling or a recorder can be reused, that part of the cost comes down.
Can you install where there is no power?
Yes. The power work is part of what we do, so there is no need to arrange a separate contractor for it.
Which areas do you cover?
We work mainly in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Shizuoka. For neighbouring prefectures, ask us and we will cover what we can.
