Air-Conditioning Work
Air-conditioning for shops, offices and factories, with the power work included. Replacement, extension, relocation, removal. The site survey and the quotation are free. We work in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Shizuoka.
What we handle
Replacing and installing commercial units: ceiling cassette, ceiling suspended and floor standing
Adding or relocating units after a layout change or an expansion
Distribution board and cabling work where the existing capacity is not enough
Switching between single-phase and three-phase supply
Removing existing units and recovering the refrigerant, done by certified staff
Disposal of the waste from the work is covered as well
The power work is ours too
On a commercial replacement, the existing supply is often not enough, and the distribution board or the cabling has to be dealt with. We are a registered electrical contractor with over 3,000 electrical jobs behind us, so there is no need to arrange the air-conditioning and the electrical side separately.
On site
Electrical work
The power work that comes with air-conditioning is carried out by our own electricians.
Removal and disposal
Taking out the old unit, recovering the refrigerant and disposing of the waste are all covered.
When we work
For equipment that cannot be shut down during opening hours, ask us about closing days or work outside business hours.
Maintenance and cleaning
Equipment you cannot shut down is better looked at on a schedule than after it fails. Inspection and cleaning can be arranged under a maintenance agreement. Tell us how many units you have and where they are.

A single unit at home
Home installations are covered as well. Send us the form in English and we will take it from there. A rough price for a standard installation, and an online video quotation, are set out on our Japanese page.
Talk to us
Where the units go, how many, and what is fitted at the moment. As far as you know is enough. Drawings or photos can be sent as they are. For shops, offices and factories, the site survey and the quotation are free.
The form is open at any time. We reply in order, on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00 (JST).
