Exhibition and Event Electrical Work
We take on the electrical work in your booth as one package, from load-in to removal: wiring inside the booth, connecting your exhibits, checking they run, and standing by while the show is open. Rules differ from venue to venue, and we check them each time.
What we handle
Wiring inside the booth and installation of the distribution board
Connecting your exhibits and fixtures, and staying with it until they run
Mounting lights and aiming them the way you want
Standing by during the show. If something happens, we fix it on the spot
Removal and restoring the space once the show closes
Where the venue has an appointed contractor, we work alongside them.
Besides exhibition halls, we work on corporate events, shop refits, showrooms, pop-up stores and photo studios. Temporary power, from design through installation to removal, in one package.
Overseas exhibitors and equipment
Equipment shipped from abroad, running on Japanese power by the time the doors open.
Booths in Japan are supplied at 100V or 200V. Hong Kong is 220V, India 230V, Taiwan 110V or 220V
Tokyo and Makuhari run at 50Hz; Osaka and Nagoya at 60Hz
Selecting and arranging transformers, plug shapes, three-phase connection, earthing
Load calculation and the power application paperwork, written in Japanese
English-speaking staff on site
We are happy to cover only the equipment side for an overseas exhibitor. Enquiries from stand builders and freight forwarders are welcome too.
Stand build and decoration
Decoration and stand build can be part of the same order. We do the electrical work in house and team up with specialist partners for the build, so the booth is finished as a whole.
Venues
Our electrical contractor registration is held with Kanagawa Prefecture, which is set by where our office is. We work at venues throughout Japan.

Electrical work
Our own electricians do the work. We also come in as extra hands for another contractor.
Waste removal
Disposal of the waste from the work is covered as well.
Crew and days
Show dates are fixed. The earlier you talk to us, the easier it is to put people on it.

Special training and skill courses
Venues often ask for safety paperwork before letting a crew in. The courses below have been completed by our staff, so forklift work or gas welding can also be covered in house.

Tell us about the show
Dates, venue, booth size, the equipment you are bringing. Whatever you know so far is enough, and we can work out the rest together. Requests for extra hands only are welcome.
The form is open at any time. We reply in order, on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00 (JST).
